Satisfaction Policy

If you are unhappy with the quality of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-wash the items free of charge.

Lost or Damaged Items

Claims must be made within 48 hours. Our liability for a lost item is limited to 10x the cleaning cost of that specific garment.

Cancellation Policy

If a pickup is canceled with less than 2 hours' notice, a small ₹100 missed pickup fee may be applied to your account.

Refund Policy

If any refund is approved by the company, it will take 7 working days to credit to your original source account.
